  • 2 cups sliced zucchini
  • 2 thin red onion slices
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tbsp. water
  • 2 tsp. sugar
  • 1/2 tsp. dill weed
  • 1/4 tsp. cracked black pepper
  • Dash cayenne pepper

Cooking Directions

1. Combine zucchini, corn and onions.
2. Combine remaining ingredients; sprinkle over vegetables; toss to coat. Chill.
