Mango-Mint Lassi

Mango and mint combine to create a refreshing and satisfying drink perfect for breakfast or snack. Cardamom adds the signature flavor of the popular lassi from India.
1 can (15oz.) Del Monte® Diced Mangos in Light Syrup, not drained
½ cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
¼ cup packed fresh mint leaves
½ tsp. vanilla extract
⅛ tsp. ground cardamom
½ cup ice cubes, about 4 large
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Secure with lid and blend until smooth, about 15 to 30 seconds. Refrigerate any remaining lassi up to 24 hours.
VARIATION: To make Mango-Cinnamon Smoothies, prepare recipe as directed, except omit mint and use 1/8 tsp. cinnamon instead of cardamom.
