Caramelized Cinnamon Pears

Make restaurant-quality caramelized pears at home with only 2 ingredients. This versatile topping is delicious over ice cream, frozen yogurt, oatmeal, pancakes, waffles, cake, cheesecake and baked brie.
2 cans (15 oz. each) Del Monte® Fruit Delights™ Cinnamon Sliced Pears
1 Tbsp. unsalted butter
Drain pears with a colander set over a 2-cup measuring cup or small bowl; save syrup and set aside.
Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat; add pears and cook 6 to 8 minutes, without stirring, until slices are browned on the bottom.
Gently flip pears and stir in syrup. Increase heat to high and bring to a boil. Cook 3 to 4 minutes to reduce syrup.
Remove from heat; let stand about 5 minutes for syrup to thicken and cool slightly before serving.
