Ingredients

1 can (15 oz.) Del Monte® Fruit Delights™ Brown Sugar Sliced Peaches, not drained 

1/2 cup packaged or homemade granola, divided

Directions

  1. Empty the can of peaches into a 7 to 8-inch skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat. 

  2. Sprinkle peaches with 1/4 cup granola. Continue to boil 3 to 5 minutes until juices are thicker. Remove from heat and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup granola. 

  3. Let stand 3 to 5 minutes for juices to cool slightly. Serve with vanilla frozen yogurt, ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.

VARIATIONS

Prepare recipe as directed, except: 

  • Peach Berry Crisp - Add 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries to peaches in Step 1. 
  • 4 servings - Use 2 cans peaches, a 9 to 10-inch skillet and 1 cup granola. Boil 6 to 7 minutes in Step 2.
