No Bake Peach Skillet Crisp for Two

This nostalgic, comforting fruit treat is perfect for dessert, a snack or even breakfast. Its surprisingly simple to make with only 2 ingredients and 1 pan to clean.
1 can (15 oz.) Del Monte® Fruit Delights™ Brown Sugar Sliced Peaches, not drained
1/2 cup packaged or homemade granola, divided
Empty the can of peaches into a 7 to 8-inch skillet. Bring to a boil over medium-high heat.
Sprinkle peaches with 1/4 cup granola. Continue to boil 3 to 5 minutes until juices are thicker. Remove from heat and sprinkle with remaining 1/4 cup granola.
Let stand 3 to 5 minutes for juices to cool slightly. Serve with vanilla frozen yogurt, ice cream or whipped cream, if desired.
