Ingredients

1/2 cup ice cubes (about 4 or 5)

1 fruit cup (7 oz.) Del Monte® Escapes Mango Strawberry-Rita, chilled 

1.5 oz. Aperol (3 Tbsp.)

2 to 4 oz. (1/4 to 1/2 cup) Brut Prosecco, chilled

Garnish: orange slice

Directions

  1. Add ice to a large red wine glass; set aside.

  2. Add contents of Escapes cup and Aperol to a blender.  Blend on high about 15 seconds until smooth.  Pour over ice.

  3. Slowly add Prosecco and stir.   Add garnish and enjoy. Cheers!

TIPS: 

  • Chill the Escapes cups in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before making cocktails. 

  • To make 2 spritzes, add ice to 2 glasses. Blend 1 cup Escapes with 3 oz. Aperol for 15 seconds.  In each glass, pour 1/2 of puree and 1/2 cup Prosecco (slowly); stir.  Garnish each with an orange slice.
