Ingredients

1 fruit cup (7 oz.) Del Monte® Escapes Pineapple Piña Colada, chilled 

1 ½ to 2 oz. white rum (3 to 4 Tbsp.)

1 cup ice cubes (about 8)

Garnish: maraschino cherry, 1 or 2 pineapple pieces from Escapes cup

Directions

  1. Remove 1 or 2 pineapple pieces from Escapes cup for the garnish before blending;  thread onto a cocktail pick with a cherry; set aside.

  2. Add contents of Escapes cup, rum and ice to a blender.  Blend on high until smooth.  Pour into glass; add garnish and enjoy. Cheers!

TIP:

  • Chill the Escapes cups in the refrigerator at least 2 hours before making cocktails.
